Prompt and courteous service

As always, I experienced great service at Wheeler Motors in Cheboygan. They call me whenever I'm due for routine maintenance, and ask if there is ever any problems I'm having with my vehicle.

It was an emergency visit. Punctured tire. The service department worked me inbetween their appointments to fix the tire. It could be fixed.

Excellent workmanship. Kept me updated on progress of the job, and finished job when they projected it would be done. My vehicle was detailed inside and out, which was a nice surprise.

I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation. It went quite quickly and I used my gm rewards points and it cost me nothing.

Service was to change oil and rotate tires. Dealer rotated tires and changed oil meeting expectations.

Awkward situation where my car showed a loss of compression message after my car was in for an oil change and rotation of tires. Wheeler's came for my car for examination and deferred to my needs before knowing what the problem was. I was allowed to use a rental vehicle for 2 days without charge. The problem was dound to be a wire on the under carriage needing to be fixed. Cause for the wire damage could not be determined although there are 3-4 scenarios that would be plausible. I did pay for the repair, I thanked them for their kindness in this situation. The costs for repairs and service at dealerships is quite high, but I know everything nowadays costs more.

Was very satisfied with the new tires, though was confused to why they wouldn’t rinse the rims off at least. Wasn’t happy about having to make another 90 mile trip because of the alignment machine being broken down either, plus the $8.00 bridge fare, I’m still waiting on a phone call to schedule that as well. It’s definitely not fair and I feel I should be compensated for their error.

Easy to schedule a test drive. The Wheeler team was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Silverado EV that I wonted to investigate. They found the vehicle with the color and content I needed and arranged to have it transferred to their dealership. They also found a great rate for my auto loan. All this was completed in about a week and I was driving my new truck home.

This was an excellent example of how this company functions. Mid-morning on a Monday, my 1 year old Silverado displayed a warning about reduced acceleration and the check engine light came on. I called Wheeler Chevrolet and despite them having a full shop, they said to bring it right over. They quickly checked it out and determined that it should not be driven until the problem was further investigated and fixed. Without my asking, they provided me with a very nice loaner pickup that I used at no cost for the one week it took to order parts and fix the problem. Their staff is always cordial and accommodating. I highly recommend this company (both sales and service).

Christina B handled our 2019 Silverado steering assist issue. She greeted us and knew we were coming in which is a great way to make customers feel welcome. She kept us informed, gave us great information, even took pictures of the problem so we could see what they fixed. Please keep up the great customer service by fantastic employees!

Everyone was very nice. Took shuttle and was called timely when my car was done.

I scheduled service because my check engine and tire pressure monitoring lights were on. My main concern was my inability to use remote start due to the check engine light. Service began at the scheduled time, and a technician reported his initial findings. Service was completed in a timely manner; however, upon starting the car to leave the dealership, my check engine light came on. Within minutes of my reporting this to the service department, a technician took the vehicle back in to determine the problem. Again, I was apprised of the progress on the car. When the technician checked in with me later, he carried two small, corroded wires, which he informed me he would replace. I was also quoted a price to replace the tire monitoring sensors, assured the car would run fine without them, and declined this additional service. Following replacement of the wires, the check engine light is out, and my remote start works great. I appreciate the extra time the techs took to keep me informed and to take a second look in order to correct the problem. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable, and the free cookie was delicious! Work was completed in a timely, professional manner, and I found the cost to be quite reasonable!

Wheeler Motors of Cheboygan MI is my go to dealer for all my automotive needs. I recently needed service for a check engine light issue, and they discovered a rodent had caused damage to the engine wiring. Within one day they had everything repaired and I was back on the road with no problems.

You have the wrong email. I've been receiving all sorts of subscriptions and requests for things I didn't sign up for. I'm not your customer. You should verify that your client has received your email before signing it up for all sorts of lists THAT I CANNOT CHANGE THE PREFERENCES FOR because I do not have the login information. It's very frustrating and I've been trying to contact anyone that can help get me out of this nonsense.

I have had service on my vehicles for many years at Wheelers and have been satisfied with the service and representatives. Yesterday I was extremely satisfied with the lady representative that took care of me from the time I entered and when I left. Best one ever.

Found the problem quick since there was a GM technical bulletin on the problem. Appears the fix has worked so far. Was a little surprised that it cost over $200 to replace a $10 ground strap.

I had just come from the parking lots of several.other dealerships in town and not one salesperson ever came out as I was looking at vehicles. When I got out of my vehicle at Wheelers, within the first few minutes I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was impressed by the prompt attention. Not seeing what I was looking for in the lot, my sales agent, Ami, took me into the showroom and scoured her computer and found 3 vehicles that closely matched. While Ami and I were discussing incentives, terms and costs of the new vehicle, another agent was working on a a price evaluation of my existing vehicle. After a quick negotiation we reached an agreement that if I could get the specific truck, we had a deal. Two days later I was driving my new Silverado RST. Thanks Ami for making me a Chevy gal again. Friendly, respectable and professional!!! 10 out of 10.

Ami was a true professional in arranging the lease of a new 2026 Blazer and made sure my wife would like the performance of a 2.0 L turbo engine. She had to over-come obstacles created by others to make sure we could complete the transaction, which included making sure my wife was familiar with all the features of the vehicle. I hope we have an opportunity to purchase a future vehicle from her.

takes 3 weeks between apointments, radio been broke for 7 weeks now after two trips to dealer and then they ordered parts and was told anywhere from 1 week to three months for part.
