It sounded good to me. Doug and Rollie Thomas worked with me to get a good deal. I appreciated their patience with all my questions.

I had a warning light come on and Christina was able to get my Blazer in , diagnosed and repaired later that day. The repair was not inexpensive, but I appreciate the service.

Let me begin by saying I'm elated to have my vehicle back. I needed a new transmission, and it was still under warranty. I understand that the part delay (4 months) was NOT the dealership's fault. I am, however, disappointed that it took me calling GM Customer Care and complaining that I still have no vehicle (a month later) before they (the dealership) put me into the CTP program. I was told my warranty only covers a very small amount towards rental. After calling Customer Care, they said since it's warranty work, I should have had a loaner from Day 1. Once I conveyed that to the dealership, they agreed and set me up with a loaner. Christina, Travis, Amber, and Cameron did a great job keeping me informed. They kept me in a loaner that was equivalent to what I currently drive (2020 Silverado). Kudos to the team.

Car had a dead battery close to closing time on Friday. Wheeler Motors had the battery in stock for my 6 year old car and I was able to get it in for installation early the next morning (a Saturday). I had a combination of a repair and some maintainence done. My service writer was Christina, she handled everything very professionally. She provided me with pricing, parts availability, time lines, updates, etc. Could not be any happier with the overall experience!

The service I received at Wheeler’s was very good and the wait time was reasonable for an oil change and a tire rotation. The only reason I gave a four star rating is because I tried to use the online scheduling service and the day and time I originally selected was unavailable but did not show up on the online scheduling. Wheeler’s did call and rescheduled the appointment. Good service and everyone was friendly.

Taking off a star b/c I made an online appointment for 730 am confirmed by email. When I arrived I had to come back in 90 mins b/ c there was no tech that early, then there were 2 appointments ahead of me. Not a deal breaker but disappointing. Good service though.

Awkward situation where my car showed a loss of compression message after my car was in for an oil change and rotation of tires. Wheeler's came for my car for examination and deferred to my needs before knowing what the problem was. I was allowed to use a rental vehicle for 2 days without charge. The problem was dound to be a wire on the under carriage needing to be fixed. Cause for the wire damage could not be determined although there are 3-4 scenarios that would be plausible. I did pay for the repair, I thanked them for their kindness in this situation. The costs for repairs and service at dealerships is quite high, but I know everything nowadays costs more.

Christina B handled our 2019 Silverado steering assist issue. She greeted us and knew we were coming in which is a great way to make customers feel welcome. She kept us informed, gave us great information, even took pictures of the problem so we could see what they fixed. Please keep up the great customer service by fantastic employees!

Easy to schedule a test drive. The Wheeler team was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Silverado EV that I wonted to investigate. They found the vehicle with the color and content I needed and arranged to have it transferred to their dealership. They also found a great rate for my auto loan. Was very satisfied with the new tires, though was confused to why they wouldn’t rinse the rims off at least. Wasn’t happy about having to make another 90 mile trip because of the alignment machine being broken down either, plus the $8.00 bridge fare, I’m still waiting on a phone call to schedule that as well. It’s definitely not fair and I feel I should be compensated for their error.

This was an excellent example of how this company functions. Mid-morning on a Monday, my 1 year old Silverado displayed a warning about reduced acceleration and the check engine light came on. I called Wheeler Chevrolet and despite them having a full shop, they said to bring it right over. They quickly checked it out and determined that it should not be driven until the problem was further investigated and fixed. Without my asking, they provided me with a very nice loaner pickup that I used at no cost for the one week it took to order parts and fix the problem. Their staff is always cordial and accommodating. I highly recommend this company (both sales and service).

I scheduled service because my check engine and tire pressure monitoring lights were on. My main concern was my inability to use remote start due to the check engine light. Service began at the scheduled time, and a technician reported his initial findings. Service was completed in a timely manner; however, upon starting the car to leave the dealership, my check engine light came on. Within minutes of my reporting this to the service department, a technician took the vehicle back in to determine the problem. Again, I was apprised of the progress on the car. When the technician checked in with me later, he carried two small, corroded wires, which he informed me he would replace. I was also quoted a price to replace the tire monitoring sensors, assured the car would run fine without them, and declined this additional service. Following replacement of the wires, the check engine light is out, and my remote start works great. I appreciate the extra time the techs took to keep me informed and to take a second look in order to correct the problem. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable, and the free cookie was delicious! Work was completed in a timely, professional manner, and I found the cost to be quite reasonable!
